Rebecca created the marketing content for Balance Care Solutions, a behavioral health organization providing mental health and related support services.
After creating a 19-page templated website in collaboration with the company founder, she translated the organization’s services and approach into clear, accessible online content designed to help prospective clients understand what was offered and determine which services would be appropriate for their needs.
The project required attention to tone and clarity; behavioral health is a sensitive subject, and the content needed to communicate information in a way that was professional, approachable, and respectful without being overly clinical or impersonal.
