Email Marketing Work: HOTLOGIC®


In essentially birthing and establishing HOTLOGIC's email strategy and presence, Rebecca originated, researched, and applied data findings in being a fundamental developer of the brand's voice.

 

*Note: The copywriting stage preceded the graphic creative stage for this client; thus envisioning its creativein part or in fullwas required to produce its copy (that which would go in it).


Rebecca was the sole creator of their content strategies, which would be painted across all Auto-Responder Flows and strategic/creative Campaigns. This involved the following work:


  • Auto-Responder Flows:

    • Ideated the tone & feel for each flow and email, and created each send in a spreadsheet, which included their sequential subject lines, strategic CTAs, all copywriting, and creating HOTLOGIC's brand voicefor the following series and their containing individual sends:

      • Three "Welcome" subscription series' emails

      • Two "About HOTLOGIC" ("why buy") emails

      • Two "Abandoned Cart" emails

      • Two "Thank you" (post-order drip) emails


  • Strategic-Creative Campaigns (sent 1x/2x per week):

    • Responsible for providing all concepts, strategic objectives, products to be highlighted (based off of data findings), highlight/promotion ideas, and providing these to the graphic designer for the email to be created. Responsible for the timing of each email/content flow to maximize revenue:

    • Solely responsible for creation and all planning of e-mails in Marketing Content Planners (3), copywriting, projections & forecasting, KPI tracking & iteration, seeing all emails to proofread completion in Project Management platform (Click-up, Monday).



Blog Copywriting & Management: HOTLOGIC®


Rebecca Bogdon was both Senior Copywriter and Project Manager for HOTLOGIC®'s blog content. This included conducting research and forming various data-backed, trending topics, SEO-readiness (keyword integration, etc.), strategic objective-to-attainment likelihood (population reach; target conversion w/ PDP links, etc.), as well as content value for the brand, website, and building a following. This also involved guiding one Graphic Designer only at her supervisor's direction to do so.
