Blog Copywriting & Management: Souper Cubes
Rebecca managed and executed Souper Cubes' blogging production, which included performing extensive research, composition, iterations, managing a small team that consisted of an Assistant Graphic Designer (at her supervisor's request: providing the "vision", direction, and managing employee feedback) and Assistant Web Developer; managed direct-to-client feedback, approval processes and deadlines, determining client strategy, and set and met all deadlines as acting Project Manager.
Additional Project Management included the copyediting and/or revamping of all Souper Cubes' previously existing blogs. This included reworks and/or rewrites for clarity or SEO, improved or updated imagery, and overall content quality improvements.

Prepare. Prep your meal fully or partially and portion into your Souper Cubes® trays. You can prep everything beforehand (but on some occasions, it may be more fitting to prep parts of your meal up front and do the final cooking the day of).
Freeze. Fill cooled food to the marked fill line, secure the BPA-free lid, and freeze well. You then have the option to transfer your cubes into resealable bags. (*Note: eight 1-cup cubes or four 2-cup cubes fit well into a gallon-sized bag.)
Label. Don't forget to label your trays, containers, and bags with our custom-fit Kitchen Tape. That way, you'll easily remember what's what and have a well-organized freezer!
