The first part of my four-year experience as PPC Manager came from agency work advertising for multiple, simultaneous businesses nationwide that varied by industry, identity, local "speak" (code-switching), budget size, market, and more.

 

Further experience included PPC account management as Managing Copywriter for ShopNational. Solely responsible for Google & Microsoft (Bing) accounts. ~$20k monthly budget. After an initial deep dive into the Google Ads account, I did the following to restructure: reallocate self-cannibalizing budgets; forecast trends with concomitant action plans; address competitors; provided a proposal of examples of account structures with re-allocated budget levels (actual budget total did not change). Result over 2.2-year tenure was a final low-7-figure net profit (at bottom line, after COGS, shipping, returns, payroll, etc.) at a net sustained average ROI of ~961%. (*2021 full calendar year actual net return was 1089.74%.)
