BUNDLES' PERFORMANCE:

• The "Work Week" bundle became an overall top-5-grossing item for multiple consecutive weeks spanning from December 2023-January 2024 (no longer have access to specific metrics).

• The bundles were among top performers for Souper Cubes revenue-wise; today, they are advertised as "Best-Sellers" prominently near the top of Souper Cubes' website. (Just beneath, the following real estate is a "Bundles" section. It just happens to follow the Best-Sellers.)

Blog Copywriting & Management

I managed and executed Souper Cubes' blogging production, which included doing client-required extensive research, copywriting, managing assistant Graphic Designer/providing the vision, direction, and feedback (at supervisor's direction), managed and incorporated direct-to-client feedback, approval processes and deadlines, determining client blogging strategy/target objectives, managing web developer tasks (was necessary), and set and met all deadlines as acting Project Manager.

Additional Project Management-Execution included the copyediting or revamping of all existing blogs, including reworks and/or rewrites for SEO, imagery, and content quality improvements.

Slow Cooker Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes | Stay Snatched

Thinly sliced potatoes slowly meld with an array of fresh cheeses in this recipe to create a melty, creamy delight in every bite. Let fully cool and scoop into our 1-Cup or 2-Cup trays for freezing. Transfer into resealable freezer bags and store for up to three months. Easily reheated in the oven or microwave, these may be intended as a side dish, but could end up easily stealing the show!

Tater Tot Casserole

In our freezer-friendly version of this comfort-food classic, we skip the canned cream of mushroom for fresh mushrooms and garlic, and toss in a few more veggies to make it even more delicious – and better for you to boot! After the cooling process, assemble in our 1-Cup or 2-Cup trays then freeze immediately. When it's time, you can bake from thawed or frozen alike (try in our perfectly sized Stoneware).

One-Pot Veggie Mac and Cheese

While stovetop mac ’n‘ cheese normally requires two pots, our variation does it all in just one! A sharper cheese with a dash of dijon adds just the kick you crave. To make it freezer-friendly, try cooking the pasta al dente or just a minute under, and let everything cool before freezing in our 1-Cup Trays.

Okra/Bhindi Masala: Masala Sauce

When you need to spice things up, this vegetarian recipe is a savory delight to have on hand. A fragrant rainbow of Indian spices marry into a tomato and cream-based sauce that was destined for warm naan and basmati rice. Serve them together for a quick side!
